At Sound FX, our number one priority is our Client. We want our products to suit you, that is why we take the time to ensure your desires are met. From when you walk in our building to when your at home or in your car, enjoying your newest purchase, we want you to be 100% satisfied with the service and quality received.

Our design process, summarized below, allows us to ensure our clients satisfaction with their purchase.

Interview

During this phase, we meet with the client, discuss their wants and needs. Then, we present the options available to them. We then meet internally to discuss the client's project and determine the best solution for them.

Design

After our internal meeting, we take the next step towards implementation. During this step, we develop plans for the final product.

Approval

Once the designs have received approval from the Sound FX design specialists, we prepare for another meeting with the client. During this meeting, we ask for approval and most importantly feedback.

Implementation

After the client meeting, we make minor tweaks to the design and begin to install the product.

Full Equipment Testing

During this phase, we test every product to ensure that each component is producing the best sound possible.

Personalization

This phase is where we make tweaks to the product to ensure the customer's desires are fully met.

Documentation

During this phase, we create a custom owners manual for this particular product.
